- Warm-Up: Creative stretches and movements to get loose before training.

Course 2: Pro & Youth Academy Arsenal FC Coaching Sessions
- Possession Games: 8v2, 4v2, 6v3 setups to build quick passing, awareness, and teamwork.
 - Transition Exercises: Small-sided games with keepers to train speed, decision-making, and defensive pressure.
 - Attacking Patterns: Give-and-go, overlaps, up-back-deep sequences, striker finishing under pressure
 - Progressions: Adding defenders, obstacles, and real match scenarios to intensify learning.
